Bethesda, MD, June 26, 2001 -- IBM announced today the addition of four
companies -- Image-X/E-Filing.com, Infocorp, Sysinct, and TekInsight to

that they each provide unique software solutions that, working with IBM's
e-infrastructure and services, are helping governments on all levels make
the transformation to e-government.
"The addition of these four companies to this program enhances IBM's
ability to offer a wide range of e-government solutions to governments

partner sales. "In particular, these new member companies will help
us bring online government court proceedings, legal filings, revenue management,
social services provision, and a broad range of other comprehensive government-to-business
